Please note on the triage form any times that you are unable to take a call.<\/p>\n<h2>Urgent advice: Cancel my appointment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>There are other online services you can use to order a repeat prescription.<\/li>\n<li>If the doctor considers your request to be urgent, they will contact you on the same day either by phone call or text message.<\/li>\n<li>Contact the online service or app you want to use for details on how to register.<\/li>\n<li>Experience seamless live streaming of key games on Yalla Live now.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your request is routine, you will be advised of the current waiting time for the next routine appointment. If you feel more unwell after submitting a form, please call the practice or call 999 in an emergency. All requests assessed by the GP as urgent are dealt with on the day.<\/p>\n<h2>Find your nearest Pharmacy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not attend this will be noted on your file as per our DNA policy.<\/li>\n<li>It is important that you inform the reception staff so that your slot can be offered to another patient.<\/li>\n<li>If you are currently out of the country &#8211; please do not submit an urgent request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would not expect a home visit request unless a patient is genuinely housebound and cannot leave the house for any other purpose. Please call the practice after 10am if you are unable to use any other option &#8211; our reception team will then assist you further. Contact the online service or app you want to use for details on how to register. We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments. If you do not attend an appointment&nbsp;on time we cannot guarantee you will be seen&nbsp;and your appointment may have to be re-arranged.<\/p>\n<p>If you are eligible for the RSV vaccine you will receive a text message from our team with a self booking link. Please follow the prompts and book a time that is convieniant for you. Please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>Forms&nbsp;can be completed 8am-6pm Mon to Fri.<\/h2>\n<p>Please see the online services section of the website for more information on how to register. There are other online services you can use to order a repeat prescription. All requests will receive a telephone call from the doctor in the first instance, and are at the doctor&#8217;s discretion depending on clinical need.<\/p>\n<h2>Fishergate Hill Surgery<\/h2>\n<p>The easiest &amp; quickest way to order repeat prescriptions is via online services App. It is important that you inform the reception staff so that your slot can be offered to another patient. If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not attend this will be noted on your file as per our DNA policy.<\/p>\n<p>In Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales prescriptions are free of charge. To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up. This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery. Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.<\/p>\n<p>If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC. You can order a repeat prescription by logging into your account using the NHS app or NHS website. If you need an interpreter, please inform reception and this can be arranged.<\/p>\n<h2>Map and contact details<\/h2>\n<p>If appropriate, you <a href=\"https:\/\/chickenroadapp.net\/\">https:\/\/chickenroadapp.net\/<\/a> may be directed to one of the other clinicians in our team such as our clinical pharmacist, first contact MSK specialist or mental health practitioner. These clinicians are specialists in their area and may be able to provide a more detailed consultation for your issue than a GP. If you are currently out of the country &#8211; please do not submit an urgent request. Some services &#8211; like dentists &#8211; we don&#8217;t have the legal power to rate. For these services, we show ticks and crosses to explain where we have found that action needs to be taken. Our approach changed in June 2024 so our reports from before that have slightly different wording.<\/p>\n<h2>Prescriptions<\/h2>\n<p>To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form. If you have booked via a self booking link you can follow the same link and cancel.<\/p>\n<p>All submitted triage forms are reviewed by a GP on the day they are submitted. If the doctor considers your request to be urgent, they will contact you on the same day either by phone call or text message. If the doctor needs to examine you, they will arrange a time for you to come into the practice (usually on the day). If you are unable to use the triage form, you can call the practice and the reception team will complete the form for you (in the same way as if you did it yourself online). All forms submitted in working hours will be reviewed by a doctor on the day.
