Replacements and Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more purchased products no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
From the moment the KSP Group staff authorizes the return (using the appropriate form that you will find below), the products must be shipped to the address provided no later than 15 days. KSP Group reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or shipped after the days indicated or if the products have been used (especially in water) or not intact. All items are checked before being shipped.
In case of replacement, the product, once replaced, will be sent back to you FREE of charge by BRT.
In the event of a return, the refund issued will be equal to the value of the product, net of the shipping cost (even in the case of free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by us, equal to 10 euros, will be deducted)
In the event of an order not collected and a return request, and which automatically returns to our warehouse, the costs incurred for shipping (€10), storage (€5) and return (€15) will be charged: total €30
