Our warehouse is located at the company headquarters in via Principe di Napoli 17 - Casa Santa Erice (TP)

Shipping costs: Shipping to Italy has a cost of € 10.00. Shipments abroad have a cost starting from € 10.00, but which may vary depending on the country. Check the exact amount of your shipment in the cart, where any special offers or discounts for shipping are always indicated

Courier Used: We use BRT with traceable service for Italy, DPD, TNT or DHL for the rest of the world.

Delivery times and methods: KSP Group reserves up to 2 working days for the preparation of the order, packaging, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. To this must be added the time taken by the courier for delivery (24 to 72 hours depending on the location).
In the event that, due to a mistake, the ordered product is not available, you will be notified by email or telephone of the time required for the retrieval and you will be free to request the cancellation of the order and the return, in the event that the times are longer than expected.

ATTENTION: The courier does not notify by phone before making the delivery and we do not have the possibility to indicate a time for delivery. A direct link for tracking will be generated, which the BRT servers will send directly to the mobile number indicated in the order.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice. The goods will remain in the branch for a total of 3 days within which the customer is required to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will attempt delivery the next day. The recipient may possibly contact the courier's reference branch to request that the goods be held in the branch and then personally collect them at the branch.

The delivery is made to the house number indicated on the ground floor, the delivery service is not carried out on the upper floors.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the goods will be returned to the KSP Group. In this case, we will cancel the order and make the refund minus the shipping and possibly storage costs. It is possible to request a second shipment but we would be forced to request the new shipping costs.

The KSP Group assumes no responsibility for any delays in deliveries caused by the courier or the unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
