Our warehouse is located at the company headquarters in via Principe di Napoli 17 – Casa Santa Erice (TP)

Shipping costs: Shipping to Italy costs €10.00. Shipments abroad have a cost starting from € 10.00, but which can vary according to the country. Check the exact amount of your shipment in the cart, where any special offers or discounts for shipping are always indicated

Corriere Utilizzato: Utilizziamo GLS con servizio tracciabile per l’Italia, GLS, TNT o DHL per il resto del mondo.

Delivery times and methods: KSP Group reserves up to 2 working days for preparing the order, packing it, and carrying out the necessary administrative procedures. To this must be added the time taken by the courier for delivery (24 to 72 hours depending on the location).
In the event that the ordered product is not available due to a mix-up, you will be notified via email or telephone of the time necessary for the retrieval and you will be free to request the cancellation of the order and the return, in the event that the times are longer than the expected.

ATTENZIONE: Il corriere non avvisa telefonicamente prima di effettuare la consegna e noi non abbiamo la possibilità di indicare un orario per la consegna. Verrà generato un link diretto per la tracciatura, che i server di GLS provvederanno ad inviare direttamente sul numero di cellulare indicato in fase d’ordine.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice. The goods will remain in the branch for a total of 3 days within which the Customer is required to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will attempt delivery the next day. The recipient may eventually contact the courier's reference branch to request that the goods be held at the branch and then personally collect them from the branch.

Delivery is made to the house number indicated on the ground floor, the delivery service is not provided to the upper floors.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts the goods will be sent back to KSP Group. In this case we will cancel the order and refund the shipping costs and any storage costs. It is possible to request a second shipment but we would be forced to request the new shipping costs.

KSP Group assumes no responsibility for any delays in deliveries caused by the courier or by the unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
